01 General Provisions

02 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's information — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your jlll1 login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone, including family members. jlll1 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact jlll1 support immediately via the official channels listed in Section 15.

03 Eligibility and Age Verification

jlll1 is a real-money gaming platform. Under Philippine law and jlll1's own standards, you must be at least 21 years of age to register and play. This requirement is absolute — no exceptions.

By registering, you declare and warrant that you are 21 years old or above. jlll1 may request government-issued identification to verify your age at any point. Common accepted documents include:

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on jlll1 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ PHP). jlll1 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion is applied to member accounts.

Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit on jlll1 is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit, but jlll1 may apply account-level deposit limits based on verified player status or responsible gaming settings. E-wallet deposits (GCash, Maya) are credited instantly. Bank transfers via InstaPay typically clear within minutes; PESONet transfers may take up to one banking day.

All funds deposited into your jlll1 account must belong to you. jlll1 does not accept deposits made using payment methods registered to another person. Deposits made from accounts not belonging to the jlll1 member may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

05 Withdrawals

Members may request withdrawal of available funds from their jlll1 wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

KYC Verification Requirement

Before your first withdrawal can be processed, jlll1 requires Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This means submitting a clear photo of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and a selfie holding the same ID. KYC is a one-time requirement per account and is completed through your account dashboard.

Processing Times

jlll1 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Complex cases, high-value withdrawals, or requests flagged for security review may take longer. jlll1 is not liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been dispatched.

Same-Method Policy

Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. If you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal goes back to your GCash account. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect member funds.

Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be converted to real withdrawable funds through wagering, in accordance with the wagering requirements attached to each promotion (see Section 6).

06 Bonuses and Promotions

jlll1 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible members from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bingo cards, free bet credits, and seasonal event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion and the general principles set out below.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses at jlll1 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements for each promotion are clearly stated in the promotional terms.

Maximum Bonus Bet

While wagering a bonus, the maximum single bet or stake is ₱500 per round or game, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Placing bets exceeding this limit while wagering a bonus will be considered a breach of promotional terms.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states a different period. Uncompleted bonuses are forfeited at expiry.

Bonus Abuse

jlll1 actively monitors for bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or colluding with other members to manipulate promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have bonuses revoked and may be suspended.

07 Betting and Gaming Rules

Each game and sport category on jlll1 is governed by its own specific rules in addition to these general Terms. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of any game or market before placing a bet.

Acceptance of Bets

jlll1 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion. This includes bets placed after an event has already concluded or where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Obvious Errors

If jlll1 displays odds, game payouts, or promotional values that are clearly erroneous due to a technical or human error, jlll1 reserves the right to void bets placed at those incorrect values and settle them at the correct odds or cancel them entirely. jlll1 will communicate clearly with affected members in these situations.

Match-Fixing and Integrity

Betting on events where you have knowledge of, or involvement in, any form of match-fixing or result manipulation is strictly prohibited on jlll1 and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law. jlll1 cooperates with relevant authorities and sports governing bodies in integrity-related investigations.

08 Responsible Gaming

jlll1 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We provide tools that allow members to manage their own gaming behaviour, and we actively monitor for signs of problem gambling. The following tools are available to all jlll1 members through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session Time Limits — Set a maximum duration for any single gaming session
• Reality Checks — Receive reminders of how long you have been playing
• Cool-Off Period — Temporarily restrict your account for 1 to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion — Close your account for an extended period

09 Prohibited Conduct

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to gain unfair advantages
• Exploiting software bugs or glitches for financial gain
• Collusion with other players in card games or any other game format
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with jlll1's systems
• Money laundering or using jlll1 to process criminally obtained funds
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward jlll1 staff or other members
• Sharing login credentials with other persons

jlll1 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation relating to prohibited conduct on the platform.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

jlll1 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time if we have reasonable grounds to believe these Terms have been violated. This includes, but is not limited to, cases of fraud, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, jlll1 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If a violation is confirmed, outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that have not been used in prohibited activity may be returned at jlll1's discretion after deducting investigation-related costs.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may do so by contacting jlll1 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after standard processing fees.

11 Privacy and Data

jlll1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By creating a jlll1 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. Your data is never sold to third parties. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jlll1's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

jlll1 is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet connectivity issues on the member's end
• Device failure during an active game session
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, or government-ordered shutdowns
• Unauthorised access to an account caused by the member's failure to secure credentials
• Decisions made by third-party payment processors affecting transaction speed or availability

Nothing in these Terms limits jlll1's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and jlll1 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to jlll1's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our support process within 30 days of formal written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory authority. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for any unresolved disputes.

14 Changes to These Terms

jlll1 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and post a notice on the jlll1 platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of jlll1 after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The version date at the top of this document always reflects the most recent revision. Archived versions of previous Terms are available upon written request to our support team.
